Prior to working with Christina, I would describe my life as hectic. During the first coaching session I could feel the stress pouring out of me. the session progressed I felt more in control of how to tackle the stressors in my life. The strategies discussed have greatly improved my ability to manage what is happening around me and within me. I truly appreciate this time I had. Overall this was an extremely positive experience, I enjoyed positive feedback as well as concrete constructive ideas/methods of achieving well being. Also, coaching provided motivation to complete goals I have set fourth for myself and my family. I would recommend this type of coaching to all as it builds confidence and helps one stay focused while promoting accountability.
